PA66 Dty yarns texturized and rewound on carton bobbin or plastic dye-bobbin. Production range based in all yarn counts present in the market, as well as special yarn counts on demmand.
TWISTING SECTION
Twisted yarns of low torsions.
PREPARATION FOR THE DYEING PROCESSES
Production of Muffs for dyeing, available in tangling or twisted yarns.
WARPING
Our own warping facility is available to warp several yarn counts and wide number of ends. Supported beams size: 21×21″, 21×30″, 42×21″, 42×30″
Defiber SA is a textile company founded in year 1982 and integrated in the business group Corporación Empresarial Valls S.L. Production plant and facilities are located in Banyeres del Penedès, 60km away from Barcelona.
Our main activity is the verticalized production of texturized yarns of Poliamyde 6.6 through our own Spinning and texturation mills, as well as later additional treatments on the yarns (twisting, dyeing, rewinding,...).
